Dear October,

How are you already here? The year has passed so quickly, but I'm happy you're here.

I love this time of year - the chill in the air, the changing of leaves, shorter evenings, and of course Durga Puja. The dhaak, lights, shiuli flowers, and familiar scents make everything feel special.

This month I want to stop worrying so much about the future and enjoy the present. I want to get more work done, welcome new opportunities and feel like I'm making progress, even in small ways.

I want to find happiness in ordinary things: good music, long conversations, afternoon rain, orange skies, and new experiences. I want more laughter, less worry and more days that feel worth remembering.

So dear October, let me enjoy Pujo, try new things, make memories, and feel hopeful without waiting for life to become perfect.

Be good to me. I have a lot to look forward to.

With much hope,

Me
