A system so disgusting, it eats you up.
A child, a woman, a man, all are its sufferers.
Yet, in its name, no one questions.
And the ones who do become the sufferers of this throttle.
It exists at your home, your society, all around the world.
But what makes me disgust patriarchy?
Having to face slander to upright your soul,
Carrying the burden, yet not allowed to pour
Facing discrimination on the basis of gender,
That a girl understands misogyny even before understanding the term.
But then, does it favour men?
Yeah! the fragile, egoistic ones,
Who don’t agree to believe that it eats them up,
That blames a kid for crying just because he's a boy,
To be muscular or you are not gonna survive.
So, who does it favour?
It favours none.
Then why is it some questions and not others?
The answer is simple, the ones who question are fighting for it to change
Meanwhile, others are busy passing victimisation,
Not knowing they themselves are the victims of the system.
