Option 1 — Deactivate (reversible)
From Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Deactivate Account. Your profile and content stop being shown to anyone else immediately, and nothing is deleted — logging back in at any time reactivates your account exactly as it was.
Option 2 — Permanently delete your account and data
Email quotethoughtofficial@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account, profile, and everything tied to it — quotes, articles, comments, likes, follows, bookmarks, and uploaded images — within 30 days of your request. A short window like this is normal: it covers removing your data from routine database backups, not ongoing retention. Nothing about your account remains visible to other users the moment we act on the request.
