"It's not easy to accept yourself the way you are. You have to constantly remind yourself you aren't fat or thin, it's their way of shaming you to constantly make you dislike yourself. You have to learn to be okay with your nature, and realise introvert, extrovert, ambivert, etc. are just different characteristics of different personalities, where none is superior or less. You have to dare to love yourself despite the threat of them labelling you as narcissistic, proud, egoist, and what not. You have to be you despite all their efforts to mould you."
